Conference registration fee: EUR 500 + VAT.

In case of registrations submitted and paid until  October 6, 2017 we offer a 20% discount from the participation fee.

Participation fee includes:

  • participation in professional programmes;
  • catering (coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner);
  • conference package;
  • participation in evening programmes.

Online registration 

Payment procedure:

Following registration, we send you a proforma invoice on the entire amount of the registration fee.

Having received the advance payment, we confirm your application and send you the advance payment invoice.

Upon closing the conference, we issue and send you the final invoice.

The due date of registration and/or exhibition fee payment is the 15th (fifteenth) calendar day from the issue date of the proforma invoice / final invoice.

Terms of cancellation:

Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to Hungarian Gas Trade Ltd via the contact form or to the e-mail address of the event (sender of confirmation letter).

Cancellations until October 6, 2017 will receive a full refund, while between October 6-20, 2017, the penalty for cancellation is 50% of the registration/exhibition fee. Following October 20, 2017 we cannot refund the registration fee.
